Jobtailor on behalf of Nestlé Waters seeks a Demand Planning Specialist to deliver an 18-month rolling forecast and manage finished goods across warehouses.

You will apply statistical models, influence actions to minimize deviations, and collaborate with Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality and Finance to ensure on-time delivery and optimal portfolio performance.

Qualifikationen

• Two years’ experience in a similar position or relevant operational experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide 18-month rolling demand forecasts.
• Manage finished goods across multiple warehouses.
• Oversee finished goods from co-packers.
• Ensure on-time delivery and availability at warehouse level.
• Apply statistical models to forecast base demand.
• Recommend actions to minimize deviations and inform stakeholders.
• Capture and analyze demand events from customers, consumers, competitors.
• Provide inputs on launches, portfolio, promotions and customer behavior.
• Foster collaboration across Supply Chain, Generating Demand, Manufacturing, Quality and Finance.
• Support various Supply Chain processes.

• Provide Nestlé Waters with an 18-month rolling best estimate of Customer Demand and improve Demand Plan accuracy
• Manage supply of finished products at different warehouses
• Manage finished goods produced by co-packers
• Ensure product supply and availability to fulfil deliveries on time, at the right place, with the correct freshness at warehouse level
• Use appropriate statistical models and parameters, interpret results, and generate accurate base demand forecasts
• Drive fast, appropriate actions to minimize deviations from the Demand Plan and communicate implemented actions to stakeholders
• Capture, prioritize, analyze, and input Generating Demand events, including customer, consumer, and competitor information
• Provide Generating Demand teams with regular inputs regarding product launches, portfolio optimization, commercial decisions, promotions, and customer behaviour
• Build and maintain communication and collaboration across Supply Chain, Generating Demand, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance
• Support different processes within Supply Chain

Requirements

• University Degree with previous internships ideally in Supply Chain or Commercial CFC, or equivalent level with at least two years’ experience in a similar position or relevant operational experience in Supply Chain at market/business level
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills to deal with Marketing, Factory, and Transport departments
• Fluent in French and English; other languages are a plus
• Good command of Excel
• SAP experience
