Trust In SODA is seeking a senior Transformation leader to own multi-year Murex programmes across Capital Markets and Commodities in the DACH region. The role requires board-level engagement, shaping target architectures, and overseeing governance and delivery across multiple streams.

Fluent English is essential; knowledge of French or German is advantageous. Flexible for the right profile, with Swiss/DACH regional exposure and a mix of permanent or contract engagements.

The Opportunity

We're partnered with a global technology and business consultancy that delivers large-scale Murex transformation programmes for major trading and commodities clients across Switzerland and the wider DACH region. As their client demand accelerates, they're looking to build relationships with senior transformation leaders who can own these programmes end to end, from strategic architecture through to executive delivery, across their commodities and capital markets client base.

We're speaking with Directors of Transformation, Heads of Murex Delivery, and senior Programme Leads who want visibility of what's coming to market through this consultancy across Q4 and into next year, and who may also have insight into where their own organisations are heading next.

Strategic Leadership

• Own transformation strategy across multi-year, multi-million-euro Murex programmes
• Sit at executive/board level, translating business strategy into technology delivery roadmaps
• Act as the senior escalation point across client, vendor and internal stakeholders
• Shape target-state architecture across Front Office, Risk, Accounting, Operations and Enterprise Integration
• Oversee delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams or programmes
• Own governance, SteerCo and executive reporting at the most senior level
• Drive commercial and contractual strategy, including vendor and third-party management
• Set delivery standards and architecture governance across the transformation portfolio

Market & Practice Leadership

• Contribute to proposition development and go-to-market strategy for Murex-led transformation
• Support business development activity, including client pitches and solution design
• Build and mentor delivery leadership talent within the practice
• Maintain a strong external network across Murex, trading technology and capital markets

Profile We're Looking For

• 15-20+ years in Capital Markets, Treasury or Commodities Technology, with sustained Murex leadership at Director/Head of level
• Track record owning large-scale, multi-year transformation programmes end to end
• Comfortable operating at board/executive level, not just programme level
• Strong commercial acumen, comfortable with P&L, vendor and contractual ownership
• Deep Murex platform knowledge with genuine architectural credibility, not just governance oversight
• Fluent English essential; French or German highly advantageous for the Swiss/DACH market
