Job summary

OWT is a strategy and technology consulting firm partnered with Anthropic behind Alpha Factory, Switzerland's first centre of excellence for human-centered AI adoption. We seek a Senior Digital Consultant in Zurich to drive transformation across major Swiss organizations, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and mentoring delivery staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in large-scale digital project management and digital strategy.
• Master's degree from a leading European university (EPFL, ETH, HEC, etc.), preferably in computer science, business, or a scientific or technical field.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders from top management to operational teams.
• Expertise balancing strategic and tactical requirements.
• Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or HERMES certifications are highly valued.
• Strong interest in information systems, AI and emerging technologies.
• Fluency in French and English (minimum C1); German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of complex digital projects, coordinating internal and external teams (developers, designers, business analysts, partners).
• Drive all project phases, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Mentor, coach, and guide the delivery team (including 3rd parties) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay up to date on technology and market trends and promote innovation.
• Socialize important decisions and trends, acting as an evangelist.
• Support clients in their digital transformation from strategy through business process redesign to design, development and deployment of tailored solutions.
• Foster innovation and promote the use of AI across projects.
• Contribute to business development opportunities, sales, and client relationship management.
