Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Lead Teacher for Software Development & AI (Full-Stack) based in Switzerland. You will deliver an intensive training programme for university students, leading live sessions, guiding hands-on labs, and integrating AI tools responsibly into professional workflows.

Qualifications

• At least three years of professional experience in full‑stack web development or software engineering.
• Teaching or mentoring experience in bootcamps, university programmes, or similar settings.
• Strong Java fundamentals, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and database knowledge (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Proficient frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, HTML5, CSS3.
• Familiar with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and API integration (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Codeium).
• Understanding of responsible AI, security, privacy, and testing.
• Fluent English (C1+); strong communication and teaching abilities.
• Leadership, organization, and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to Baku for on-site programme events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live lectures and coding sessions covering full‑stack development and AI practices.
• Plan lessons, adapt materials, and pace content to student needs.
• Supervise hands-on projects, including capstone work and bootcamp tasks.
• Teach integration of AI tools into real-world development workflows.
• Assess student submissions and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with teaching assistants and programme stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers and client representatives on learning objectives.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative classroom culture.
• Prepare and support delivery from start to finish, including final projects and graduation.
