Roche’s pRED CMI in Basel seeks a Principal Scientist in Respiratory Discovery to lead COPD target identification and validation through translational biology, pharmacology and team leadership. You will guide preclinical studies and drive programs toward early clinical development.

You will collaborate across disciplines, manage multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior scientists while advancing innovative strategies to address COPD patient needs.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in Life Sciences with 5–10 years of pharma industry experience.
• Deep COPD biology expertise including tissue remodelling and inflammation.
• Proven publications in high-impact journals and strong collaboration record.
