Zusammenfassung

Zurich is seeking a Lead - Reporting Solution SAP Group Reporting to design and deploy reporting solutions based on SAP Embedded Analytics, SAP Business Data Cloud and Databricks. You will lead the reporting work stream within the SAP Group Reporting program, coordinating data integration and ensuring accuracy and IFRS alignment.

In this role, you will drive architecture decisions, translate requirements into dashboards, and partner with IT and finance teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with SAP Embedded Analytics (CDS views, Fiori reporting)
• Cloud data/analytics platforms such as SAP Business Data Cloud and Databricks
• Hands-on experience with SAP Group Reporting or comparable tools like S/4HANA Finance/BPC
• Strong experience in Group Reporting/consolidation and financial close processes
• Bachelor or Master in Finance/IT
• Proven track record leading a work stream or project in a finance/IT transformation
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Experience in complex, global programmes, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector

Aufgaben

• Define the target reporting architecture for SAP Group Reporting leveraging SAP Embedded Analytics, SAP BDC and Databricks
• Design data views and semantic layers providing a single source of truth for Group reporting
• Translate business requirements into dashboards and analytical models
• Lead the reporting work stream within the SAP Group Reporting programme
• Coordinate data flows between SAP Group Reporting, SAP BDC and Databricks with IT and data teams
• Run workshops with Group Finance, BU Finance and other stakeholders to capture needs
• Own the work stream plan, milestones, dependencies and risks; provide status updates
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, test strategy, cut-over and handover to BAU with training and documentation
