Job summary

Clinilabs in Basel is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the proposal lifecycle for CRO, CRU, and Corelab services. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams from RFP intake through final submission, ensure compliance, and drive high‑quality budgets and narratives for sponsor opportunities.

You will develop strategy, pricing assumptions, and complex budgets, collaborating with Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Contracts to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare administration, finance, or related field and 5+ years in proposal development.
• Experience with CRO/clinical trials budgeting, RFP/RFI processes, and sponsor requirements.
• Ability to develop compliant, client‑focused proposals and budgets for global trials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal lifecycle from intake to final submission for CRO, CRU, Corelab services.
• Coordinate the proposal team, timelines, and deliverables across functions.
• Develop strategy, pricing assumptions, and budgets aligned with sponsor requirements.
• Prepare and edit proposal text, budgets, and supporting docs with senior input.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, formatting quality, and timely delivery.
• Archive final materials and maintain proposal workload trackers.
