Job summary

Clinilabs seeks a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the end-to-end development of CRO and Corelab proposals. You will coordinate inputs from Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Contracts to produce accurate, competitive bids.

You will drive strategy, pricing assumptions, and budget models, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained for global clinical trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare administration, finance, or related field with 5+ years in proposal development or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of CRO operations, RFP/RFI processes, and proposal lifecycle management.
• Ability to develop high-quality, compliant proposal text and budgets for global trials, including Corelab budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal lifecycle from intake to final submission, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Develop strategy, pricing assumptions, budget models, timelines, and sponsor alignments.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of high-quality proposals and budgets.
