Job summary

Kanadevia Inova in Zürich is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams on large EPC projects. You will own engineering scope from design through commissioning and handover, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, technical specs, and contractual obligations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to drive execution, implement engineering strategies, and maintain timelines, deliverables, and documentation quality.

• Extensive technical expertise in plant construction and industrial engineering.
• Inspire and drive multidisciplinary teams with strong technical direction.
• Effective communication adaptable to stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage contracts with commercial and legal awareness.
• Technical management of personnel across project tasks.
• Strong multidisciplinary technical expertise across processes and products.
• Ability to mediate conflicts and resolve issues quickly.
• Experience identifying and adapting solutions to relevant circumstances.

Responsibilities
