Zurich Insurance Group is seeking an experienced IT solution architect to own end-to-end architecture for the FAR landscape, spanning Finance Hub, FICO, GRDC, and disclosure management. You will lead design reviews and drive cross-stream technical risk resolution, shaping the analytics platform on AWS and Data Sphere.

The role requires hands-on capability, deep SAP expertise, and strong collaboration with central finance functions to accelerate the financial close cycle.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in IT solution architecture or senior SAP technical consulting.
• Deep hands-on SAP FICO expertise; experience with SAP Group Reporting (S/4HANA) incl. GRDC.
• Knowledge of the FAR chain: Finance Hub, FICO close, GRDC rollups, GR, Disclosure Management.
• Experience with SAP BDC / Data Sphere or similar analytical platform architecture.
• Proven architecture across the existing SAP landscape; hands-on prototyping and specs review.
• Fluent in English; German a plus.

Zurich Insurance Group is transforming its end-to-end Financial Accounting & Reporting (FAR) landscape. Sitting within the Group Technology Organisation, Finance, Investments & Treasury department, you will own solution architecture across the full reporting chain - from Finance Hub into SAP FICO, through GRDC consolidation into SAP Group Reporting, and through to Disclosure Management. Cutting across this chain are strategic platform initiatives around BDC, Data Sphere, and Master Data. This is a hands-on role - you are expected to get into the detail, not just the slide deck.

What You Will Do

What You Bring

• 8+ years in IT solution architecture or senior SAP technical consulting
• Deep hands-on expertise in SAP FICO, Experience in SAP Group Reporting (S/4HANA), including GRDC as advantage
• Understanding of the full FAR chain - Finance Hub, FICO close, GRDC rollups, GR, Disclosure Management
• Experience with SAP BDC / Data Sphere or comparable analytical platform architecture is a strong advantage
• Experience designing and building solutions across the existing Landscape
• Comfortable at code/config level - prototyping, reviewing specs, validating implementations hands-on
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
