Zusammenfassung

The World Economic Forum in Geneva is seeking a senior leader to design and deliver impact initiatives on economic inclusion and gender parity. You will work with business, government and civil society to translate trends into actionable insights and policy recommendations.

Reporting to the Head of Economic Inclusion, you will manage complex projects, coordinate stakeholder workshops and ensure alignment with Forum-wide methodologies. This maternity cover runs Jan–July 2027.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced university degree in economics, business, finance or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in government, business, consulting or related sectors.
• Ability to lead work on economic inclusion and gender parity with strong analytical grounding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; fluency in other languages is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design and delivery of key initiatives on economic inclusion and gender parity under the Global Gender Parity Sprint.
• Coordinate analysis of trends in economic inclusion and translate insights for public and private stakeholders.
• Co-create thought leadership outputs by integrating input, data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Curate communities of diverse stakeholders and manage multi-stakeholder dialogues.
• Support the centre's strategy, planning and cross-centre activities.
