The World Economic Forum in Geneva is seeking a senior leader to design and deliver impact initiatives on economic inclusion and gender parity. You will work with business, government and civil society to translate trends into actionable insights and policy recommendations.
Reporting to the Head of Economic Inclusion, you will manage complex projects, coordinate stakeholder workshops and ensure alignment with Forum-wide methodologies. This maternity cover runs Jan–July 2027.

The role will report to the Head of Economic Inclusion and will work closely with colleagues across the Centre and the Forum to deliver outcomes efficiently.
