Zusammenfassung

Global Commissioning Limited is seeking a Lead Commissioning Manager to oversee the design, installation and commissioning of critical IT infrastructure within data centre environments. You will lead Project Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors, manage on-site and off-site activities, and drive commissioning planning, testing and handover with a strong emphasis on safety, quality and timely delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership and team management experience delivering complex commissioning programs.
• Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience coordinating across design, procurement, construction and commissioning phases.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards relevant to data centres.

Aufgaben

• Design Phase: author Owner's Requirements, Basis of Design, commissioning plan; lead Kick-Off meeting; build project directory.
• Construction Phase: run Level 2–4 commissioning workshops; witness tests; create checklists; draft test scripts and site reports; run weekly meetings; maintain commissioning tracker.
• Acceptance/Handover: oversee Level 4/5 commissioning; prepare reports; lead Pre-Integrated Systems Testing; compile final commissioning report; train end-users and handover documentation.
• Handover Phase: coordinate trainings; review O&M procedures; run lessons learnt workshop; deliver Final Commissioning Report for handover.
