Qualifikationen

• Prince 2 or equivalent – Desirable
• Completion of trade apprenticeship or qualifications – Essential
• CSCS / Safe Pass / ECS / SMSTS holder – Essential
• HNC – Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services - Essential
• BEng (Hons) in an engineering discipline or equivalent – Desirable

Aufgaben

• Design Phase: Authoring and reviewing the Owner's Project Requirements, Basis of Design, and commissioning documents.
• Design Phase: Drafting the Commissioning Plan and Programme, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Design Phase: Leading the Commissioning Agent Kick-Off Meeting, facilitating collaboration among stakeholders.
• Design Phase: Compiling a comprehensive project directory and ensuring information is accessible.
• Construction Phase: Leading Level 2–4 Commissioning Workshops and coordinating conferencing with stakeholders.
• Construction Phase: Attending Factory and Field Witness Tests and producing related reports.
• Construction Phase: Developing Commissioning Checklists for electrical, mechanical, monitoring, and safety systems.
• Construction Phase: Drafting Level 4 Test Scripts and Site Observation Reports.
• Construction Phase: Conducting weekly commissioning and client meetings, maintaining communication.
• Construction Phase: Managing and updating the Commissioning Tracker for progress monitoring.
• Acceptance Phase: Overseeing Level 4 Commissioning across systems and coordinating issue resolution.
• Acceptance Phase: Collating Level 4 commissioning data and preparing stakeholder reports.
• Acceptance Phase: Drafting Level 5 Test Scripts and leading Pre-Integrated Systems Testing Meeting.
• Acceptance Phase: Coordinating Level 5 Commissioning and producing preliminary reports.
• Handover Phase: Coordinating system training data collection and end-user training.
• Handover Phase: Reviewing Operations & Maintenance procedures for completeness.
• Handover Phase: Leading Lessons Learnt Workshop and identifying improvements.
• Handover Phase: Delivering the Final Commissioning Report for project handover.
