Energy supply in Baden, Switzerland, seeks an experienced Leader of Commissioning to head a team delivering energy infrastructure projects from planning to performance verification. You will supervise engineers, develop and approve commissioning plans, coordinate with project management and clients, and ensure safety and quality throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering; strong commissioning background.
• 6+ years of experience in commissioning, start-up or operations in power generation, oil & gas or heavy industrial projects.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing commissioning teams.
• Proven ability to develop and implement commissioning strategies and procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and guide a team of commissioning engineers, providing technical expertise and coaching.
• Develop, review and approve commissioning plans, procedures and schedules.
• Oversee pre-commissioning checks, functional testing and performance verification.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, sales teams and clients.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues during commissioning.
• Allocate personnel, equipment and materials to meet deadlines and budget targets.
