Job summary

ten23 health AG seeks a Lead Accountant to oversee monthly closings, financial reporting and internal controls for the Visp entity, with Basel support. You will drive IFRS/US GAAP reporting, manage statutory audits and advance ICS/ERP improvements, with on-site work at Visp three days per week.

A Swiss Fachausweis or equivalent, 8+ years in accounting, and fluent German and English are required. Join a dynamic, growth-focused life sciences group.

Qualifications

• Swiss Federal Diploma as Specialist in Finance and Accounting – preferred – or equivalent international qualification (ACCA, CPA)
• At least 8 years of experience in financial accounting in industry or manufacturing
• Confident closing under Swiss CO and hands-on IFRS/US GAAP
• Experience building an internal control system under Swiss law
• Track record of ERP automation and process improvements (Business Central/Navision advantageous)
• Excellent Excel; Power Query or Power BI a plus
• Fluent German and very good English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to work on site in Visp at least three days per week
• Leadership without relying on hierarchy; drive to deliver and shape structures

Responsibilities

• Hold monthly, quarterly and year-end closings for the Visp entity under CO; support group consolidation
• Develop ICS concepts, document controls and monitor segregation of duties
• Drive record-to-report improvements in Dynamics 365 BC; coordinate ERP automation
• Coach accountants and deputise across sites; lead finance projects
