You will lead fragrance prototype development, translating consumer insights into innovative solutions while collaborating with perfumers, marketing, and CI partners to shape category strategies.

The role emphasizes global category expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and advancing olfactive tools within a sustainability-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in fragrance development
• Laundry fragrance expertise is a plus
• Track record of developing market fragrance solutions
• Data-driven and able to translate consumer insights into creative solutions
• Broad international olfactive knowledge of the laundry market and consumer preferences
• Collaborative team player with ability to function in a matrix organization

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development of fragrance prototypes for laundry projects in line with segment strategy
• Collaborate with CI to integrate consumer insights into high-value fragrance solutions
• Support the deployment of innovation across the organization and guide fragrance development communities on category technologies and design innovations
• Contribute to global category expertise and development of olfactive tools
