Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in fragrance development (FDM title for dsm‑firmenich candidates).
• Fluent in English.
• Laundry expertise and scientific/technical background is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Creation: Spearhead the development of fragrance prototypes, supporting the proof of concepts for innovation projects, in line with segment strategy.
• Collaboration: Work with CI to integrate consumer insights into high‑value fragrance solutions.
• Support: Deploy innovation across the organization and guide fragrance development on category technologies and design innovations.
• Expertise: Contribute to global category expertise and development of olfactive tools.
