Qualifikationen

• Solid practical experience with analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, KF, MS) and strong method development expertise.
• Strong scientific writing skills and ability to summarize and present complex experiments precisely.
• High quality awareness and attention to detail, even in non-GMP development environments.
• Proactive, self-motivated, capable of adapting to new tools and processes in a dynamic team.
• Fluent English; German is beneficial.

• Planning and meticulous execution of experiments, including reaction monitoring and method development.
• Close collaboration with process development and cross-functional partners to coordinate analytical activities and sample management.
• Close cooperation with the QC (Quality Control) unit to ensure a smooth transfer of the developed analytical methods.
• Creation of high-quality documentation, including analytical procedures and reports that serve as the foundation for method validations and regulatory filings.
• Application of an innovative mindset and digital tools for continuous improvement of analytical workflows in a dynamic environment.
