Job summary

MSF OCG in Geneva seeks an L&D Intern to provide organizational, administrative and communications support in a dynamic international team. You will assist with learning initiatives, onboarding, meetings, and HR processes, while gaining exposure to a humanitarian hospital and NGO environment.

The internship is part of an academic or professional integration program, baseline 40 hours/week, starting end January 2027, with a gross monthly remuneration of CHF 2,000.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communication, humanitarian or development studies, or related field.
• No mandatory work experience; volunteer or internship exposure is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to humanitarian or development work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational and administrative support to the L&D unit.
• Assist with recruitment processes, HR follow-up, and onboarding activities.
• Support internal and external communications and learning activities.
