Tripartite internship agreement

Job summary

MSF Switzerland in Geneva invites applications for a six to nine month internship with the Medical Technologies and Innovation Unit. You will contribute to project administration, digital health initiatives and platform coordination.

You will work full time (40h/week) from Geneva, with a monthly gross remuneration of 2,000 CHF. A tripartite internship agreement is mandatory and a Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Have a tripartite internship agreement.
• Finished or in progress Master’s degree in a subject related to Medical/para medical professions, Design and Technology, Innovation, Humanitarian or Development Studies, or other relevant degree.
• Strong proven interest in technology and innovation related to health.
• No specific work-experience requirement, prior employment is an advantage.
• Analytical and synthesis capacity; planning and organization; knowledge of humanitarian environment; excellent writing skills; proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
• Team player; ability to coordinate with stakeholders; able to work autonomously; proactive and solution-oriented.
• Flexible and quick to adapt.

Responsibilities

• Admin Support 30%: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, archive docs, and support unit information management on platforms like Kompas and SharePoint.
• Project Support 40%: Provide ad hoc support to Digital Health Advisor and Medical Technology and Innovation Coordinator; assist project portfolio tracking and stakeholder interactions.
• Think Up Platform support 30%: Manage the ThinkUP platform, keep it up to date, run campaigns, engage community, and track project status.
