Michael Page is recruiting for a Geneva-based role within a FINMA-regulated financial institution. You will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for a diversified client base, ensuring compliance with Swiss AML/KYC standards and regulatory requirements.

You will lead enhanced due diligence on high-risk clients, review documentation for FATCA/CRS, and drive the periodic review backlog with proactive risk-based prioritisation, collaborating with Front Office, Legal and Compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Swiss AML/KYC contexts.
• Ability to perform enhanced due diligence on high-risk clients.
• Experience conducting periodic client reviews and related risk assessments.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding across private, corporate and intermediary relationships.
• Review and validate new client files per Swiss AML/KYC requirements.
• Handle FATCA, CRS and withholding tax documentation.
• Perform due diligence on high-risk clients and PEPs, including escalation.
• Oversee onboarding controls and periodic reviews; report progress to management.
