EveryWare in Zurich leads the design, build, and operation of cutting-edge cloud and IT services for business customers. The Senior System Engineer Kubernetes & Linux role focuses on creating a scalable Kubernetes platform, deploying pipelines, and steering automation initiatives across bespoke banking/insurance projects.

You will operate on-prem private cloud infrastructures, contribute to the Linux/Unix/DB stack, and provide timely incident analysis.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of productive Kubernetes operation experience.
• Solid Linux background as a system engineer.
• Experience with CI/CD and automation tools; scripting is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Build, operate and expand our new Kubernetes platform for new customer projects.
• Plan and manage CI/CD deployments; drive automation within the team.
• Technically lead customer and internal projects from planning to delivery.
• Manage IdM and API management infrastructure.
• Operate and expand Linux/Unix/FreeBSD servers and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, DB2).
• Provide 2nd/3rd level support and root-cause analysis.
• Participate in on-call service with a 5-week rotation.
