What you will move in this role:

• First point of contact for our international customers during prototype and series production


• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with key customers


• Identify, develop, and acquire new markets and customers


• Prepare proposals in accordance with customer requirements, including negotiating contracts and agreements


• Serve as the liaison between customers and internal departments

What skills and experience you should bring:

• Extensive experience working with international OEM customers and on international projects


• University degree in business administration or engineering, or several years of professional experience in a comparable position


• Strong sales and negotiation skills, a high degree of self‑motivation, and a structured approach to work


• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time


• Excellent command of German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
