Job summary

BRUSA HyPower seeks an experienced sales-oriented professional to manage relationships with international OEM customers across prototype and series production. You will identify and develop new markets, prepare tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts while coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer success.

The role requires building strong, long-term partnerships, traveling up to 20% of the time, and operating with a high degree of self-motivation and structured work methods.

Qualifications

• Experience working with international OEM customers and on international projects.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills; self-motivated and structured in work.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Fluent in German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
