Job summary

Axpo Group in Baden is seeking a strategy analyst to join the Corporate Strategy team on a fixed-term one-year contract starting 1 January 2027. You will help shape Axpo's strategy with an analytical mindset and contribute to strategy reporting, communication, and content creation.

The role requires 2–3 years in strategy management or consulting, a Master's degree, and fluency in English (German a plus). A flexible setup includes up to 50% remote work and a strong focus on digitalization.

• Experience with AI tools including AxpoGPT.

Responsibilities

• Support annual strategy dialogue preparation for the Executive Board and Board of Directors.
• Help develop strategy reporting and drive automation and digitalization.
• Support the development and implementation of strategy communication to strengthen visibility of Axpo's strategy.
• Contribute to creating content on Axpo's strategy - from reports and presentations to digital formats.
• Foster internal exchange through regular updates, contributing to knowledge sharing and strategic alignment.

What you will do:

• Support the preparation of the annual strategy dialogue and strategy reporting for the Executive Board and Board of Directors

• Support the development and implementation of strategy communication to strengthen the visibility and understanding of Axpo's strategy
• Contribute to creating content on Axpo's strategy - from reports and presentations to digital formats
• Foster internal exchange through regular updates, contributing to knowledge sharing and strategic alignment

What you bring & who you are:

• You hold a Master's degree in engineering, economics, or business administration
• You bring two to three years of relevant professional experience - ideally in strategy management, management consulting, or the energy sector
• You have strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with a solution-oriented approach
• You use AI tools such as our internal AxpoGPT to work efficiently and with a future-oriented mindset
• You speak English at a native or business-fluent level; German is a plus
