Zusammenfassung

Leonteq, a Swiss fintech in Zürich, seeks a motivated Junior Sales professional for our Cross Asset Structured Products team to support institutional client relationships, structure bespoke investment solutions, and help distribute our AMC offering. You will collaborate with Trading and Financial Engineering, develop trade ideas using Bloomberg, and coordinate with Sales Support and Back/Mid Office.

We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior Sales professional for our Cross Asset Structured Products team.

In this role, you will support the team in managing institutional client relationships, structure bespoke investment solutions across asset classes in partnership with Trading and Financial Engineering, distribute our market-leading AMC offering and Lynqs platform, and contribute to a dynamic and results-driven environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Sales of structured products and derivative transactions across asset classes to institutional customers.
• Structuring of tailor-made/bespoke products in close collaboration with Trading, Financial Engineering, and other internal departments.
• Assist in creating factsheets, brochures, and termsheets for a wide range of products (including AMCs, Capital Protected Notes, Reverse Convertibles, Autocalls, Mini-Futures, CLNs, etc.).
• Develop trade ideas using our internal pricing tools and Bloomberg.
• Monitoring of transactions, including coordination with other departments such as Sales Support, Product Services, Mid- and Back-Office
• Responsibility for specific administrative tasks regarding booking of trades and maintenance of customer relationships.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• MBA and / or Master's degree
• Strong understanding of financial markets and derivatives (knowledge of structured products is a plus).
• Previous internship experience in financial markets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Bloomberg.
• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Motivated, curious, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
