Senn Chemicals AG is a Swiss-based Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) specializing in peptide chemistry. With decades of expertise, we support pharmaceutical and biotech clients worldwide in bringing their products from early development to commercial manufacturing, always with a strong commitment to quality, reliability, and partnership.
Your Job:
- Manage and coordinate customer projects from initiation to completion, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Process RFPs and RFIs and prepare proposals and quotations together with Sales and Product Management
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and, increasingly, for clients
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, timelines, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Monitor project milestones, deadlines, and budgets, and flag deviations early
- Help ensure that projects are executed in line with GMP and quality requirements
- University degree in chemistry or a closely related field; a PhD is a plus, but a Master's degree is sufficient
- First professional experience in a project-related or operational role, ideally in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or CDMO environment (internships count) and in a GMP environment
- Open-minded, curious, and genuinely interested in a broad and varied scope of work
- Comfortable in an SME environment, where you don't just focus on one narrow area but also look left and right and take ownership beyond your core tasks
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable, detail-oriented way of working
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); any additional European language is a strong asset
What we offer:
- A varied role with real responsibility and room to grow in an international CDMO
- Close mentoring by experienced project managers and a structured onboarding
- Opportunities for professional development and further training
- A collaborative, down-to-earth team culture with short decision paths
- Attractive employment conditions and modern facilities in the Zurich area
- A long-term perspective in a growing, future-oriented company
