Job summary

Senn Chemicals AG in Switzerland is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate customer projects from initiation to completion in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will handle RFPs and RFIs with Sales and Product Management, maintain documentation, monitor milestones, and ensure GMP-compliant execution. Fluent English required; a Master’s degree in chemistry or related field is preferred. This role offers growth in an SME environment in the Zurich area.

Qualifications

• University degree in chemistry or closely related field (Master's acceptable).
• First professional experience in a project-related or operational role in GMP environments (internships count).
• PhD is a plus, but a Master's degree is sufficient.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer projects from initiation to completion with cross-functional teams.
• Process RFPs and RFIs and prepare proposals and quotations with Sales and Product Management.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and clients.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, timelines, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor milestones, deadlines, and budgets, flag deviations early.
• Ensure projects are executed in line with GMP and quality requirements.
