Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Zurich Oerlikon is seeking a Junior Production Planner (m/f/d) to ensure efficient planning and control of production orders, serving as the central interface between production, project management, and supporting departments.

You will schedule manufacturing orders, monitor capacity and material availability, and analyze KPIs to drive transparency and performance in a global electrification leader with flexible working practices.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training, ideally with Process Specialist education.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a solution-oriented approach.
• Interest in production processes and optimization of workflows.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor production processes considering capacity, material availability, and delivery schedules.
• Serve as central interface between Production, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, and Project Management.
• Schedule and control manufacturing orders and ensure efficient material flow.
• Create and maintain production documents, work plans and routings, and support production preparation activities.
• Review standard times and maintain material and master data; support workplace/process development.
• Analyze production KPIs and prepare reports to ensure transparency and performance.
• Actively contribute to process, workflow, and system optimization to increase efficiency and productivity.
