Zusammenfassung

MET International AG in Switzerland seeks an experienced in-house counsel to support trading documents for LNG, Power, and Gas. You will draft, review, and negotiate agreements, coordinate with trading, operations, compliance, risk, and other teams.

The role requires 2–5 years in-house or with international law firms, strong drafting skills, and interest in energy marketing and trading contracts. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support the General Counsel and legal team with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating trading documentation for LNG, Power, and Gas.
• Provide practical legal support to the trading business on day-to-day transactions.
• Draft and negotiate energy trading and related commercial contracts.
• Advise on structuring LNG, Power, and Gas transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Trading, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and other teams.
