Zusammenfassung

The Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association seeks a Junior Process Expert in Stein, Switzerland to support the Production Unit in improving processes in line with cGMP and SOPs. You will handle deviations, CAPAs, develop manufacturing instructions, and ensure GMP-compliant records, maintaining a clean and compliant work environment while applying independent judgment.

Fluency in English and German is required; a scientific degree is needed, Masters preferred.

• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English and German.

• Supports handling deviations, complaints, actions, and CAPAs.
• Supports decision-making related to production issues.
• Assists in creating and maintaining manufacturing instructions and BOMs.
• Supports processing of quality notifications and complaints.
• Assists in developing SOPs.
• Ensures GMP-compliant documentation.
• Keeps work area clean and orderly.
• Assists implementing corrective actions for deviations.
• Supports process and cleaning validations and qualification activities.
