Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a reputable university in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of management consulting experience, including internships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on client engagements in business strategy, growth, and digital transformation.
• Support operating model design and process improvement for financial institutions.
• Prepare client presentations and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
• Take early ownership and develop consulting skills toward trusted advisor capabilities.
