CERN is seeking a Logistics Operations support professional to assist day-to-day logistics activities at the field level, coordinating with stakeholders and contractors. You will help with inventory management and process improvements across goods reception, internal delivery, stores, storage and mail services.
The role combines administrative tasks with practical field follow-up, offering 40-hour weeks, hybrid work, and a 24-month contract with potential extension.
You will support day-to-day logistics operations, coordinate activities and projects in the field with various stakeholders, and follow up on continuous improvement initiatives related to services and infrastructures. As part of the Logistics Operations team, you will combine administrative tasks with practical follow-up in the field, supporting a wide range of logistics services for the CERN community, including Goods Reception and Expedition, Internal Delivery, Stores, Storage and Mail Services.

Contract duration: 24 months, with a possible extension up to 36 months maximum.
