CERN is seeking a Logistics Operations support professional to assist day-to-day logistics activities at the field level, coordinating with stakeholders and contractors. You will help with inventory management and process improvements across goods reception, internal delivery, stores, storage and mail services.

The role combines administrative tasks with practical field follow-up, offering 40-hour weeks, hybrid work, and a 24-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifikationen

• First experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Exposure to inventory management and process improvement.
• Willingness to learn a second language (English or French).

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day logistics operations, inventory, and process optimisation.
• Coordinate field projects with stakeholders and contractors; follow up actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of services and infrastructures.
• Support data collection, reporting and KPI monitoring.
