Job summary

You will partner with the Global Head of IT and ITMC, translating priorities into actionable steps and providing transparent governance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Information Technology, Communications.
• Several years of experience in a Chief of Staff, business management or governance role.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives in a complex, international organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence and align.
• Fluent English; additional languages and experience working across culturally diverse environments are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of IT and IT Management Committee in steering strategic priorities and governance.
• Coordinate leadership activities and management reporting across IT.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and management updates.
• Own IT communications governance and cross-functional collaboration across regions.
• Drive workforce development and IT-wide talent pipelines.
