Cicor Group, a Swiss-listed technology company, seeks an IT Security Associate to bolster our central security function in Boudry, Switzerland.

You will support security operations, coordinate external pen testing, participate in incident response, run phishing simulations, and help maintain playbooks and user guidelines. The role offers exposure to MDR services, threat intelligence, and ongoing learning in a growing organization.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in information security, computer science, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of information security principles and an interest in security operations and governance.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a growing environment.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to track multiple tasks and follow through on commitments.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and French; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Security operations & monitoring: Support the management of MDR solutions, including initial alert triage and coordination with service providers to investigate threats.
• Penetration testing coordination: Assist in organizing the external penetration testing program by communicating instructions to sites and tracking remediation progress.
• Incident response: Participate in security incident response activities and help maintain/update incident response playbooks.
• Security awareness: Execute phishing simulation campaigns, analyze click/report rates, and create targeted follow-up training materials.
• Threat intelligence: Stay current on emerging threats and vulnerabilities, sharing relevant insights with the team to improve our defensive posture.

Activities

• Security operations & monitoring: Support the management of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solutions, including performing initial alert triage and coordinating with service providers to investigate potential threats.
• Penetration testing coordination: Assist in organizing the external penetration testing program by communicating instructions to sites, collecting results, and tracking remediation progress.
• Incident response: Participate in security incident response activities and help maintain/update incident response playbooks to ensure readiness for evolving threats.
• Security awareness: Execute phishing simulation campaigns, analyze click/report rates, and create targeted follow-up training materials. Draft and maintain user-facing security documentation and guidelines.
• Threat intelligence: Stay current on emerging threats and vulnerabilities, sharing relevant insights with the team to improve our defensive posture.
