Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva seeks a hands-on Security Engineer to design, build, and operate secure-by-design controls protecting the bank's platforms, data, and applications. You will implement and maintain security tools to prevent, detect, and respond to threats in a regulated financial environment.

You will review designs, enforce secure configurations, support incident response, monitor SLAs, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• 3–7+ years of experience in Security Engineering or related field.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS/Info Security or related field.
• Experience with security platforms, incident response, and governance.

• Engineer, deploy, and maintain security platforms and controls (PAM, DAM, CSPM, DLP, Vulnerability Management).
• Review application designs and verify compliance with security requirements; provide actionable guidance and track remediation.
• Implement security-by-design and security-by-default patterns across infrastructure, applications, and data services.
• Perform operational duties for ticketing: triage, prioritize, and resolve security tickets; escalations as needed.
• Define secure configuration baselines and compliance checks.
• Support incident response lifecycle: containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident improvements; contribute to root cause analysis.
• Monitor cyber platform SLAs/KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Mission

Main responsibilities

Education

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.

ExperienceTechnical skills

• Mid to Senior: 3–7+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Security Operations Engineering, or Secure Platform Engineering.

Languages

• French: Fluent
