Itecor, a Swiss international IT consulting and services company headquartered in Switzerland, Lausanne, seeks a seasoned PMO/Project Manager to join our team and deliver value to prestigious clients. You will contribute to portfolio development, monitor progress against quality, cost and deadlines, and optimize resource capacity across programs.

Fluent French and certified project management expertise (Hermes/IPMA/PMI or equivalent) are required, with Planisware experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in IT or equivalent (PMO 5y, PM 8y)
• Certified Hermes/IPMA/PMI or equivalent
• 5 years PMO experience; 8 years as project manager
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools (Planisware preferred)
• Fluent in French

Your missions

• Planning phase: Contribute to the development of the project portfolio, taking into account the constraints and dependencies of the various resources that must be engaged on cost, time, and skills aspects to achieve the expected quality.
• Activity and resource monitoring phase: Verify the progress of the project/programme according to defined requirements (quality, cost, time…), compliance with commitments, implementation of methodology and best practices. In parallel, carry out risk analysis.
• Project/programme plan management phase: Assess the current and forecast capacity of resources and tasks, proposing optimisation and possible reallocation. Suggest adjustments and replanning if necessary.
• Budget monitoring/reporting phase: Monitor the resources allocated against forecasts (consumed, remaining work, schedule). Produce the necessary reports for the management of the concerned departments and for the preparation of dashboards.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Certified project management expertise Hermes, IPMA, PMI or equivalent
• 5 years’ experience as a PMO, 8 years as a project manager
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools, ideally Planisware
• Mastery of the project process and associated deliverables
• Fluent in French
• Good analytical and synthesis skills with an open mind and flexibility
