Job summary

Merz Aesthetics is seeking an IT/OT Systems Administrator for Lonay, Switzerland. The role focuses on maintaining secure, compliant IT/OT systems supporting production, labs and business operations. You will drive governance, validation and change controls with global teams and suppliers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in regulated IT/OT, strong documentation skills and fluency in French and English. A CDI contract is offered with opportunities for professional growth and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, OT, automation or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in IT/OT systems administration in regulated environments.
• Experience coordinating initiatives with global teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IT/OT systems for production, lab and business ops.
• Drive operational excellence, access management, changes and business continuity.
• Support validation, audits, CAPA, deviations and change controls.
• Lead system implementations, upgrades and handovers across stakeholders.
• Support MES and production-related applications throughout lifecycle.
• Coordinate suppliers and maintenance while ensuring security and governance.
