Zusammenfassung

GRC Global River Cruises GmbH is seeking an experienced IT leader to head the internal IT team and coordinate external partners across Europe’s ships and offices. You will develop and implement the IT strategy, ensure stable, secure services, and oversee budgets, contracts, and SLAs to deliver cost-efficient digital solutions.

You’ll drive digitalisation, advise management on technology risks, and champion data protection, cybersecurity, and continuity across the fleet and shoreside operations.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication skills in English spoken and written; additional languages are an asset.
• Coordinate IT operations across offices and the ship fleet, ensuring reliable services.

Aufgaben

• Lead the internal IT team and coordinate external IT partners, creating clear priorities, responsibilities and efficient ways of working.
• Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with business objectives and the wider group/holding framework.
• Take overall responsibility for stable, secure and efficient IT services across offices, remote employees and the ship fleet.
• Steer external providers, contracts and SLAs, ensuring quality, performance and cost efficiency.
• Prioritise and lead IT projects, technology implementations and digitalisation initiatives across the organisation.
• Ensure appropriate security standards, data protection, risk management and compliance requirements are implemented and maintained.
• Own the IT budget and ensure technology investments deliver sustainable business value.
• Advise Management and key stakeholders on technology, digitalisation, IT risks and future business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve technology, processes, efficiency and the digital experience for employees and guests.
