Accelleron is seeking an IS Team Lead Infrastructure & Technology Switzerland (m/f/d) to oversee local IT services, datacenter and shopfloor technologies in a hybrid model from Switzerland. You will shape the strategy, coach a team of experts, and partner with global IS to ensure performance and continuity.

The role emphasizes leadership, cyber security alignment, and technology roadmapping to support manufacturing and digital transformation across Swiss operations.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in IT, CS, engineering or related field.
• Several years of leadership experience in Infrastructure/IT Operations.
• Fluent English; German language knowledge preferred.
• Strong IT Service Management experience, incl. ITIL processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the IS Infrastructure & Technology Switzerland team.
• Define and evolve the Switzerland IS infrastructure strategy in line with global IS strategy.
• Drive innovation, automation, and service optimization across infrastructure services.
• Ensure service governance, resilience, and cybersecurity alignment with global standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets and performance for local services.
