Accelleron is seeking an IS Team Lead Infrastructure & Technology Switzerland to drive the delivery and strategy of local IT infrastructure. You will lead a team, manage budgets, align roadmaps with global IS strategy and partner with manufacturing, shopfloor and service centers to enable digital transformation.

The role demands strong leadership, hands-on technology expertise across networking, datacenter, hybrid cloud and cybersecurity, and excellent stakeholder management in a multilingual

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Several years of leadership experience within Infrastructure, Technology or IT Operations environments.
• Strong background in IT Service Management with ITIL-based processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead the IS Infrastructure & Technology Switzerland team.
• Define and evolve the Switzerland strategy and technology roadmaps.
• Own intake, prioritization and delivery of infrastructure demands.
• Ensure service performance, reliability, security and cost governance.
• Act as a thought leader for emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
