BLP Digital AG in Zurich is seeking a software engineer to help build autonomous document processing platforms. You’ll own features from idea to shipped code, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve real business problems.

You will design, implement and review code in Golang, MySQL and containerized services, with a strong emphasis on Clean Code and scalable architecture. Join a fast-growing Swiss SaaS scale-up with global ambition.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, Clean Code and Clean Architecture.
• Ability to translate business problems into precise requirements, specifications and code.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: align daily work with team and company goals, balance cost and benefit.

Responsabilidades

• Drive impact: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate into product improvements.
• Build great software: design and develop clean, maintainable code with high quality and maintainable patterns.
• Lead and influence: guide technical direction for major initiatives and mentor team members.
• Promote innovation and collaboration: share learnings and improve processes, tools, and team practices.
• Work with Golang, MySQL, Docker images deployed on a Kubernetes cluster and GitHub CI/CD.
