FICOBA SA in Geneva is seeking an experienced Investment Funds Officer to join its Operations team, handling the full lifecycle of fund orders from placement to booking.

You will manage subscriptions, redemptions, and switches across mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity and LPs, with daily contact with fund administrators and brokers, plus KYC reviews and account openings. Fluent in French and English, you will excel in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Investment Funds or Banking Operations is required.
• Strong understanding of the Investment Fund industry and related processes.
• Proactive and reliable with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in French and English; good communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Place orders, subscriptions, redemptions and switches for Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Limited Partnerships.
• Manage and monitor Investment Fund orders.
• Interact daily with Fund Administrators and brokers.
• Follow-up of orders and booking into the core banking system.
• Monitor pending cash entries and pending trades.
• Provide Middle Office support to Group entities and Relationship Managers.
• Perform KYC reviews and account openings.
