Aufgaben

For one of our long-standing banking partners in Geneva, we are currently looking for an experienced Funds & Security Master Officer to join its Operations team for a minimum 12-month assignment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Placement of orders, subscriptions, redemptions and switches for Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Limited Partnerships
• Management and monitoring of Investment Fund orders
• Daily interaction with Fund Administrators and brokers
• Follow-up of orders and booking into the core banking system
• Monitoring and control of pending cash entries and pending trades
• Middle Office support to Group entities and Relationship Managers
• KYC reviews and account openings

Your profile:

• Previous experience within Investment Funds / Banking Operations
• Good understanding of the Investment Fund industry and related operational processes
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage significant volumes while maintaining high quality standards
• Resilient and comfortable working in a demanding environment
• Team-oriented with a strong client-service mindset
• Good command of Excel and Word
• Knowledge of GTMatch and GTExchange would be highly appreciated
• Fluent in French and English
