Lonza Group in Visp, Switzerland, offers an Internship IBEX MSAT Validation 80-100% in the Mammalian Manufacturing domain for 12 months. You will support validation activities across USP and DSP, draft protocols, collect data, and work with MSAT, Manufacturing, QA and QC teams to ensure compliant documentation.

The role seeks engineering/chemistry students with strong communication, analytical skills, and basic IT proficiency. German skills are a plus; position is based in Visp, Lonza site.

Qualifikationen

• University student in engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology or related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical and structured way of working, with attention to detail.
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio).
• German language skills is a plus.

• Support process validation activities across both Upstream (USP) and Downstream (DSP) operations.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and executing process validation protocols, sampling plans, and final reports.
• Collect, organize, and analyze process data to support validation assessments and ensure process robustness and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., MSAT Process Experts, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control) during validation preparation and execution.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of GMP-compliant documentation related to process validation activities.
• Support investigations of validation-related deviations and contribute to associated change management processes.

The actual location of this job is in Visp, Switzerland.
