The ideal candidate will have a degree in business or related fields, some sales support experience, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or relevant education in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• First experience or internship in sales support, business development or another commercial environment is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with CRM systems, Excel and digital tools.
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership and following things through.
• Commercial mindset and genuine interest in developing a career in B2B Sales.
• Interest in AI, automation and new ways of working.
• Fluent English and French; other languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
• Maintain customer, distributor, lead and opportunity information in the CRM and ensure proper follow-up.
• Research and identify potential distributors, partners and B2B customers in target markets.
• Support lead generation, prospecting and initial outreach activities.
• Follow up leads generated through digital channels, congresses, events and other activities.
• Support communication and follow-up with existing distributors and customers.
• Prepare commercial presentations, product information, price lists and other sales documentation.
• Support the preparation and follow-up of distributor agreements and commercial contracts.
• Assist with onboarding of new distributors and customers.
• Support customer meetings, international congresses and business events.
• Explore opportunities to use AI, automation and digital tools to simplify routine sales processes and improve efficiency.
