Exp Federal seeks a Construction Manager for a 20-month OCONUS assignment onsite in Bern, Switzerland, supporting a U.S. Department of State contract.

You will review drawings, develop QC and safety plans, and manage schedules, logs, and daily reports while coordinating with the Project Manager.

Candidates should have a Construction Management degree and 7+ years in commercial construction, with eligibility for interim/final TS security clearance.

Qualifikationen

• Construction Management Degree from an accredited university.
• 7+ years experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Must be able to obtain an Interim TS or Final TS security clearance before deployment.
• Candidates with ME, EE, Architecture or FCE degrees will increase the caliber of the submission.

Aufgaben

• Review and implement drawings and specifications.
• Develop and implement QC plans, safety plans, and schedules.
• Apply UFGS 01 45 00.00 (Quality Control) and EM 385-1-1 principles.
• Provide input to finalize project plan and adapt to unforeseen events.
• Maintain a tracking log of deficiencies and finalize the punch list.
• Lead preparatory, initial, and final meetings to set QC standards.
• Lead weekly safety briefings and ensure compliance with the safety plan.
• Complete daily reports and weekly teleconferences with the Project Manager.
• Develop dig permits, outages plans, to schedule work with end users.
• Oversee onsite and offsite work to ensure compliance with building and safety regs.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
