Zusammenfassung

Lonza in Visp, Switzerland, invites应用 students to join the QC Project Organization as a 1-year Intern. You will contribute to strategic and operational activities across multiple projects within a GMP environment, working closely with project leaders and technical experts to gain broad exposure to QC activities.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing studies) in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Interest in project management, data management, and the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.

Aufgaben

  • Support QC Projects in the execution and coordination of activities across a diverse project portfolio.
  • Retrieve, consolidate, and maintain information from various QC and business systems to support customer requests, project deliverables, and business needs.
  • Manage and publish project-related information in SharePoint and other collaboration platforms, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
  • Collaborate with project leaders, technical experts, and operational teams to collect and organize information from multiple stakeholders.
  • Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities, helping teams deliver on commitments and timelines.
  • Take ownership of assigned deliverables and drive them independently with guidance from experienced project leaders.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or digitalize recurring processes and data flows.
  • Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within QC Projects.

Join our QC Project Organization as a 1year Intern and become part of a dynamic,innovation drivenenvironment supporting the development and lifecycle ofcutting-edgebiopharmaceutical products.

As an intern within QCProjects, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to strategic and operational activities across multiple projects. This role is ideal for recent graduates (Bachelor’slevel or similar) eager to deepen their understanding of project management, quality control processes, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced GMP environment.

You will work closely with project leaders and technical experts, gaining broad exposure to QC activities while driving your own responsibilities and continuously developing your professional skills.

This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing studies) in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Interest in project management, data management, and the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and work independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment.
  • Good English skills; German is an advantage.
  • Curiosity, reliability, and a desire to learn and continuously improve.
